What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements under the guidance of senior team members
- Participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews to collect information and refine project goals
- Help maintain requirement artifacts, such as user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify scope, objectives, and any ambiguities in requirements
- Support testing and validation efforts to ensure solutions align with documented requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or a related field
- Basic exposure to business process modeling, workflow documentation, or requirements management tools
- Effective communication skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Must hold an Active DOD Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI Clearance
