What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide program, data, and analytic support to ensure successful implementation of initiatives
- Track and manage strategic projects and operational initiatives
- Conduct research and analysis on various programs and associated data

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven work experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
- Strong knowledge of reporting databases (SQL, Oracle, etc.) and SQL query language
- Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, economics, computer science, information management, statistics, or equivalent experience
- 1 to 3 years of related experience
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Technical expertise in data models, database design development, and data mining techniques
- Experience with statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.)
- Dashboard visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Data science experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
