What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements by engaging users, subject matter experts, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
- Develop and maintain requirement artifacts such as process flows, user stories, and system design documentation
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and support solution development
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to confirm requirements and establish priorities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position
- Minimum of 3 years in business analysis, requirements gathering, or related roles
- Demonstrated experience facilitating requirements sessions and engaging multiple stakeholder groups
- Understanding of DoD or federal data standards and compliance requirements
- Must hold an Active DOD Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI Clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with business process modeling, workflow documentation, and requirements management tools
- Experience with business intelligence tools to support enterprise reporting and dashboarding
- Strong analytical skills to assess business challenges and recommend effective solutions
- Proven ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and leadership levels
- Knowledge of federal regulations, including security and privacy standards
