      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct quality reviews on all assigned projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) deliverables
      - Lead or participate in internal and external project calls, workgroups, and presentations
      - Investigate service-related issues to identify root causes and communicate business needs assessments
      - Recommend solutions based on data analysis to improve existing processes
      - Prepare materials for internal and external audit activities and review audit findings for accuracy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of four (4) years' experience in an operational or analytical role
      - Knowledge of the healthcare industry
      - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
      - Team player with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
      - Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of project management methodologies
      - Familiarity with healthcare claims/enrollment and the employer's operating model
      - Working knowledge of ETL/SQL
