What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with system engineering and software development teams to create functional solutions
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions and support the development of user stories
- Analyze stakeholder requirements and design business processes and models
- Facilitate integration activities and produce documentation for project milestones
- Support software testing and usability improvements throughout the project lifecycle

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+)
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in IT systems and software development
- Experience in capturing requirements through business process modeling (BPM)
- Must have Salesforce Certification or completed relevant Salesforce training
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and data analysis skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Two (2) or more years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in CRM solutions
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Certified Salesforce Administrator or Certified Salesforce Business Analyst
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Basic understanding of Agile Development methodologies
