What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with US Navy civilian and military customers to analyze system user profiles and performance requirements
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to support new capabilities and enhancements
- Design business processes and create workflow charts, diagrams, and specifications/user stories
- Serve as backup ScrumMaster to execute Agile development processes as needed
- Conduct usability testing and analysis to improve user experience and system functionality

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in IT systems, software development, or military manpower management
- Direct experience in the software development lifecycle with implementation experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. Secret security clearance
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Liferay DXP or other enterprise portal solutions
- United States Navy working experience, with Master Training Specialist (MTS) certification preferred
- Technical degree in Information Technology or related field
- Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
