What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and maintain product documentation in alignment with company standards and branding
- Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams, both onsite and virtually
- Analyze and address client issues related to product upgrades or support needs
- Develop test cases and perform Quality Assurance testing for product modifications
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their product requests and upgrades

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-8 years of Business Analysis experience
- 5-8 years of experience in creating documentation and/or training
- Proven experience in facilitating training sessions with multiple associates
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Proficiency with Windows-based applications, especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the LifePRO™ product and domain
- LOMA Certification
- Familiarity with AI-related tools and platforms, such as Co-Pilot
- Understanding of insurance industry standards and correspondence
- Ability to design and create training documentation for client training
