What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with product owners to define and communicate software initiatives
- Develop user stories, use cases, and flow charts to convey scope of work
- Assist with Sprint testing and user acceptance testing
- Support project initiatives by identifying and analyzing business needs
- Work with the Training team to develop training requirements for system projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in a business analysis role
- Strong analytical and product management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions in a time-sensitive environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Back Office bookkeeping and accounting practices
- Experience in the travel, tourism, or cruise industry
