What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create business requirements documents for reporting and systems development projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and provide end-user support
- Assist in the development of test plans and execution of test cases
- Mentor and provide leadership to Business Analysts community members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree or 3 years relevant experience, or a combination equivalent to 3 years
- 4 or more years of demonstrated experience in business analysis or business systems analysis
- 1 or more years of financial services experience
- Strong applied knowledge of Microsoft Office products, primarily Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in risk management and insurance, Business, or Business Systems
- Four or more years of project team experience delivering changes to business systems
- Experience with web-based application development and support
- Property & Casualty Insurance experience within operational business units
- Experience working in an Agile environment applying Lean Agile practices and principles
