What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with project sponsors and Operations stakeholders to gather process details and workflows
- Assist the Operations team in day-to-day tasks, emphasizing process enhancement and documentation
- Gather, interpret, and analyze extensive datasets and databases to derive insights
- Learn and demonstrate proficiency in utilizing internal software systems
- Actively participate in departmental and team meetings
