What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide cost-effective business systems and applications analysis
- Translate requirements into proper system requirement specifications and configuration
- Formulate and define systems scope and objectives
- Operate as a liaison between technical personnel and end-user departments
- Assist in creating test scenarios required to meet business requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years as a Business Analyst
- 5+ years in the Life and Annuities Insurance industry
- 1+ year working with data conversions
- 1+ year working with data migrations across platforms
- 3+ years working with Commission payments, commission schedules, commission rates, pay frequency, and commission statement file layout

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with agency, brokerage, and IMO hierarchies
- Experience working with licensing and appointment process
