What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive delivery of key initiatives through business analysis, data analysis, testing, and change management
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes
- Perform financial analysis, reconciliations, and establish data processes for integrity
- Provide day-to-day support of business technologies and address user inquiries
- Conduct quality assurance responsibilities including test planning and user acceptance testing (UAT)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-8 years of experience in a hands-on business analyst role in technology implementation and/or business transformation
- Extensive experience producing high-quality business requirements documents (BRDs)
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in advanced MS-Excel, SQL/VBA, and PowerPoint
- BA or BS degree
