What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct loan level reviews to ensure Mortgage Servicer compliance with servicing requirements
- Manage multiple loan workout products on mortgage-insured loans according to guidelines
- Minimize company loss from foreclosure using retention and liquidation loss mitigation options
- Accurately underwrite borrower financial information to determine eligibility
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party collection vendors and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of loss mitigation experience with a mortgage insurer or mortgage banking organization
- High school diploma (required)
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong analytic and analysis skills
- Strong negotiation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with lending-related terminology and processes, especially related to mortgage delinquency
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to safeguard confidential customer and company information
- Capability to follow instructions while working with minimal direct supervision
