Job Description

Visa U.S.A. Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Business Analyst (multiple openings) in Austin, TX to Work with business leaders across the Sales Organization to understand the needs and requirements of the business. Provide data-driven insights and results that address these requirements. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reporting through proactive awareness, alerts, testing and processes. Drive new customer experience KPIs, metrics, tracking methodologies and data visualizations. Work with large datasets to investigate key business trends, performance, issues, and behaviors. Design, build, enable and main Tableau and BI dashboards and stories for both executive level and functional areas. Generate powerful data visualizations that tell a story through the date. Collaborate across teams, geographies, and organizational levels to develop solutions. Position reports to the Employer’s Austin, Texas office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Qualifications

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Business Analyst-related occupation.

SALARY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $88,275.00 USD to $136,800.00 USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity.
