- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience working with databases and analyzing data
- Ability to track deployments and provide updates to internal and external teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in business analysis or a related field
- Familiarity with healthcare industry and value-based care
