Business Analyst
NorthamptonAs a Barclays Business Analyst, it will be your responsibility to understand business requirements and ensure that they meet the requirements and provide the necessary change outcomes required. You will collaborate with product owners, data analyst and other stakeholders and ensure all risk and control process are followed. Further to this, you will also be responsible for presenting to stakeholders, helping them to understand technical information in a non-technical way.

• Ensuring Agile teams are high performing, highly effective and self-organising
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders including the Chief Product Owner, Architecture Owner, Project Manager and our Agile teams across multiple locations
• Demonstrating a solid sense of ownership for the relevant CRFT platforms
• Maintaining and fostering relationships with partner organizations including Investment Bank, Corporate and Retail teams, and external suppliers as required.
• Using robust analysis techniques to assess options and identifying & agreeing solutions for key issues
• Using technical expertise to constructively challenge; resolving technical issues; having a hands-on resolution of issues and bridging any gaps
What we’re looking for:
• Experience of working within a business analysis role
• Hands-on experience with producing deliverables such as documentation, process flows and user stories
• Excellent MS Office skills and exceptional communication and prioritisation skills
• Experience of the banking and financial services industrySkills that will help you in the role:
