      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate business processes to identify requirements and areas for improvement
      - Develop actionable business intelligence and analytics to support decision-making
      - Lead reviews of business processes and create optimization strategies
      - Implement data governance, management, and quality programs
      - Conduct meetings and presentations to share insights and findings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or in Pension Risk Transfer (PRT)
      - Experience working in an AGILE environment with AGILE tools
      - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data modeling techniques
      - Excellent communication and leadership abilities
      - Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of SQL, databases, and analytical/reporting tools such as PowerBI/Tableau
      - Experience with requirement documentation and process flow diagrams
      - Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
