What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage system definition, design, and implementation
- Analyze system problems and provide recommendations for solutions
- Develop tables, queries, and report formats for program monitoring
- Conduct research and evaluation studies on employment programs and policies
- Perform system testing and coordinate implementation of changes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of structured systems analysis and design
- Familiarity with application program development practices and techniques
- Understanding of agency policies and procedures
- Familiarity with the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and SQL statements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and/or five (5) years of experience in business analysis
- Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools
