What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct data analysis on customer claims, worker’s compensation injuries, safety concerns, and natural disasters
- Design and generate reports and dashboards to monitor business performance and risk
- Track projects and perform quality control testing on data
- Respond to Disaster Recovery incidents and disseminate reports to appropriate departments
- Assess incidents reported to Risk Management and distribute information to departments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or related role
- Fluency in Excel and preferred fluency in SQL
- After hours on-call availability
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Degree in Business or related quantitative discipline

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in U-Haul operations and knowledge of field operations
- Knowledge of Azure Databricks and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Degree in specialty areas like Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) or insurance claim handling
