What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business owners and cross-functional teams to prioritize and address platform defects
- Develop strategic roadmaps for platforms and monitor progress of initiatives and enhancements
- Interface with MIS regarding data transmission and strategies to reduce errors
- Provide written communication and guidance during system changes or outages
- Maintain system standards by applying project management methods, tools, and processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and/or 5 years of experience in business analysis or equivalent experience
- Experience in software administration and project management
- Must possess a valid driver's license for state business
- Successful completion of background and reference checks
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and release management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMI certification and/or Lean or Six Sigma certification
- Case management experience
