What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and document business needs and requirements, evaluating gaps in operational processes
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, resolving conflicts and creating user documentation
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure applications meet customer-defined requirements
- Collaborate with internal/external partners to ensure compliance with data sharing agreements
- Identify opportunities for improvement in business processes and test automation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and/or five (5) years of experience in business analysis or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
- In-state travel required; valid driver's license necessary for state business
- Ability to pass background and reference check
- Must obtain and maintain a valid Level One fingerprint clearance card

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge/experience with DSA's and automated systems data, SQL, and querying techniques
- PMI certification is a plus
- Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus
