- Makes recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.

- Engages client teams and explains complicated security initiatives in an understandable manner, while also addressing any hesitations or concerns from the client.
- Estimates the costs of various system solutions and prepares project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources.
- Prepares and maintains technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system.

- Proficient in requirement capturing using JIRA, Confluence, BRD, FSD
- Knowledge of tools like Visio, PowerPoint, etc. for preparation of process flows
- Should have worked in Agile/Scaled Agile project methodologies
- Able to handle projects independently with minimal supervision
- Strong cross-group collaboration and relationship management skill including collaboration with geographically dispersed teams to achieve deliverables
- Strong skill in developing relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
- Be a team player with good communication skill and ability to discuss issues and arrive at consensus
- Should be able to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams Have experience of testing real-time mission critical systems
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferre
- 8 Years Required; 10 Years Preferred
