What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Effectively manage client communications and expectations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in software development projects, particularly client-facing projects
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
- Agile software development experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
