What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyzing complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources
- Identifying and interpreting trends and patterns in datasets
- Constructing forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge
- Creating specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs
- Modifying or tailoring existing analysis or reports to meet client's specific needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of business analysis experience
- 4+ years of managed care experience
- Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures applicable to job-related subject areas
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of formal training in Business Analysis and/or Systems Analysis
