      For one of our clients, we are looking for a Business Analyst, remotely from United States.

      As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in helping healthcare providers optimize payor strategies and improve financial performance through data-driven insights. You will act as a bridge between business objectives and analytical solutions, working across multiple teams to develop and implement strategic recommendations. Your work will involve gathering and analyzing data, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making processes to enhance patient acquisition and retention. This role is ideal for someone with a consulting mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for problem-solving in the healthcare sector.

      Accountabilities:
      • Analyze and interpret data from various sources to uncover meaningful business insights.
      • Develop reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, managed care, and revenue cycle leaders.
      • Support strategic initiatives by identifying challenges and proposing data-driven solutions.
      • Document business processes and assist in optimizing workflows for operational efficiency.
      • Stay up to date with industry trends to enhance analytical methodologies and tools.


      Requirements
      • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
      • 1-2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Analytics role.
      • Prior experience in the healthcare industry is required; healthcare consulting experience is a plus.
      • Basic understanding of managed care reimbursement structures (e.g., DRGs, CPT codes).
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL (or similar tools) for data analysis.
      • Experience with Tableau and Snowflake is a plus.
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
