What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with project team members and stakeholders to understand business processes and customer needs
- Develop expertise in customer business applications and advocate for their needs throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify system gaps and propose resolutions
- Create and document customer-centric requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the testing process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience delivering business and data analysis artifacts with a customer-focused approach
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodologies
- Proficiency in translating client and product strategy requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories
- Strong data analysis background, including SQL/database experience
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to advocate for customers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
- PMI - Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
- PMI - Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Experience with automated testing tools such as TestComplete, Cucumber, or Selenium
- Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for agile software development
