What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies (minimum 5 years)
- Ability to analyze and document business and system processes (minimum 3 years)
- Experience in organizing and maintaining sprint and product backlogs (minimum 5 years)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience as an IT Business Analyst with the State of Virginia
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile and Kanban methodologies
- Proven ability to translate client and product strategy requirements into user stories
- Experience in preparing visual diagrams for technical specifications
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with both technical and business teams
