What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and implement advanced demand forecasting models using statistical methods and machine learning algorithms
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools to visualize forecast accuracy and key performance indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Conduct regular analysis of forecast accuracy and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on forecasting methodologies and BI tool usage

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field; master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related field, with a focus on supply chain and demand forecasting
- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R)
- Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes and demand planning principles

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Oracle TMS systems and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques for forecasting
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
