What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain application projects, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation
- Communicate effectively with customers, technical support, and AZ360 Operations
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into computer coded instructions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during customer testing and production implementation
- Provide training and mentoring to team members on configuration, programming, and problem resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Extensive knowledge of AZ360 and related systems
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's or technical degree related to information technology
- Experience in computer application analysis, design, modification, and implementation
- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate complex information
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with diverse individuals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools
- Previous experience in a government or public sector environment
- Familiarity with web technologies and general accounting systems/applications
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
