What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and document business functions and processes
- Analyze the integration of business functions with technology
- Assist with business case development and business process reengineering
- Consult with management and personnel to identify and document business needs and objectives
- Recommend new processes to achieve operational efficiencies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with business analytics processes, including at least 1 year in an agile environment
- Minimum of 3 years of project experience facilitating project-related meetings with business partners
- Minimum of 3 years of writing skills with experience creating requirements and design documents
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with VISIO or a similar diagramming tool
- Experience must be verified on your resume

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data conversion
- Familiarity with JIRA
- PMI-PBA or CBAP certification
- Familiarity with Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR)
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing
