      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze data and make recommendations to management to improve operations
      - Develop and maintain reporting data and provide daily administrative support for Work Force Management
      - Assist in maintaining the divisional budget and recommend innovative solutions
      - Serve as a liaison between contact centers and program areas
      - Draft proposals with recommendations for management based on analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be eligible for appointment and pass background investigation clearance
      - Minimum qualifications include experience relevant to STAFF SERVICES ANALYST or ASSOCIATE GOVERNMENTAL PROGRAM ANALYST
      - Strong analytical skills and ability to problem-solve
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a government or public service environment
      - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
      - Strong presentation skills
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - Familiarity with budgeting processes
