      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain system documentation, including business requirements and training plans
      - Analyze and document current disposition business processes to identify root causes of errors
      - Execute functional and system tests, including regression tests and user acceptance testing
      - Identify and document application defects and track them to resolution
      - Develop detailed functional and system tests from documented system requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 84 months of experience eliciting detailed business requirements from stakeholders or system artifacts
      - Minimum 84 months of experience developing and maintaining test plans and executing tests
      - Minimum 24 months of experience with systems related to criminal justice processing
      - Minimum 24 months of experience using Client Quality Center/ALM
      - Minimum 48 months of experience writing and tuning SQL scripts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong understanding of criminal justice processes and systems
      - Experience working in a team-oriented environment
      - Excellent communication and documentation skills
      - Familiarity with process modeling tools and techniques
      - Knowledge of quality assurance best practices
