      Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders in order to gather, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business products, processes and systems. The role concentrates on improving business processes, enriching user experiences, and configuring and integrating solutions to achieve business objectives. It requires a proactive approach to defining and delivering new features and user stories in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

      About the Role

      In this opportunity as a Business Analyst, you will be responsible to:

      • Improve business processes within the technology and business organizations, understanding client requirements, specifying and analyzing these to a sufficient level of detail to ensure clarity of definition.
      • Demonstrate an understanding of agile processes and actively engage as a member of a scrum team. Responsibilities include generating and elaborating user stories in the backlog, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with team members to support project success.
      • Assist in identifying and refining project dependencies to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
      • Provide necessary clarification for work items during the development phase to ensure team members understand the requirements fully.
      • Develop a strong awareness and understanding of Thomson Reuters technologies, products, and services in assigned area.
      • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes through strategic insights and feedback.

      About You

      You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:

      • BA/BS degree required, advanced degree highly desirable.
      • Advanced English is a must.
      • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of business process management.
      • Experience in a contact center environment is highly recommended, providing insights into customer experience and technology.
      • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, agile environment.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
      • Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly in generating and managing backlogs and user stories.
