What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet with executive leadership and stakeholders to define business, financial, and operations requirements
- Collaborate with project managers to determine project scope and vision
- Conduct interviews and product analysis to gather user requirements through various methods
- Develop and utilize standard templates for clear and concise requirement specifications
- Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College diploma or university degree in software engineering, computer science, or business administration or equivalent work experience
- 5 or more years of experience as a business analyst, including requirements analysis and methodology development
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in creating test scripts and executing various testing types
- Strong knowledge of testing best practices and methodologies
- Excellent PC skills and technical fluency
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with core software applications such as MS CRM, SharePoint, and SQL Server
- Experience overseeing the design, development, testing, and implementation of software solutions
- Ability to create project charters, process diagrams, and training materials
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
