What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute test plans and automated tests for custom software applications
- Ensure key performance metrics are reviewed regularly and analyze processes impacting inventory integrity
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders and document results
- Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and provide updates on task status
- Create test cases based on functional specifications and perform quality assurance testing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Secret clearance required
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance
- Proficiency in testing planning, execution, defect management, and resolution
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and in a medical system
- Knowledge of data structures, database designs, and analytic tools
- Ability to write and execute SQL queries
- Familiarity with scrum initiatives and agile methodologies
- Preferred certification: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
