What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements for RPA projects
- Identify and assess processes suitable for automation, working closely with process owners and stakeholders
- Program, test, and support RPA processes using UIPath
- Track all RPA workflows in development and deployed, showing annual cost savings generated by each workflow
- Analyze pre- and post-implementation performance data to evaluate the success of RPA solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years’ experience in mortgage lending operations or sales
- Proven experience writing and mapping detailed procedures
- 2-4 years of experience in scripting or coding
- Hands-on experience with mortgage technology platforms such as Encompass, Black Knight, or Ncino
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous exposure to and understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
- Ability to work independently on projects
- Strong understanding of the mortgage lifecycle, including origination, processing, underwriting, and servicing
- Good communication skills and neat, clean, healthy work habits
