      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and system requirements
      - Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable Agile product requirements and user stories
      - Manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on project goals and stakeholder input
      - Facilitate iterative modeling sessions to identify workflows and refine requirements
      - Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field
      - 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or similar roles
      - Industry standard certification in Agile requirements analysis, business analysis, product ownership, etc.
      - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
      - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification
      - SAFe certification
      - Human-centered design certification (e.g., Luma, IDEO, etc.)
      - Experience working in government or disaster recovery programs
      - Knowledge of UI/UX principles and user-centered design
