What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Process Owners to define requirements and create user stories for successful product delivery
- Analyze and document business processes and systems while facilitating requirements gathering
- Develop comprehensive Test Plans and test scripts to articulate the testing approach
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and create guides for end-users and system administrators
- Support Change Management processes and assist in report generation for meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree in a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow products and Agile development
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in both written and oral form
- Ability to obtain and maintain government eligibility requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Training or certifications in Agile methods
- ServiceNow Application Developer Certification
- ITIL v3 Certification
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
