What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interact with business stakeholders to conduct analysis and document business processes, workflows, and requirements
- Ensure alignment on success criteria and validate scope and requirements against agreed-upon objectives
- Write clear and concise business and functional requirements
- Analyze and interpret business requirements into functional specifications suitable for technology teams
- Support business and technology teams to ensure key deliverables are met accurately and on time
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Accounting, Systems Analysis, or a similar field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to various management levels
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities and escalate challenges as necessary
- Must be organized and have excellent follow-up skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in the Life Insurance or Financial Services industry
- Knowledge of employer products and applications
- Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies for delivering complex projects
