What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide analytical and business support for the Virtual Care Institute, focusing on data integrity and financial analysis
- Assist in business case development and planning for the integration of new technologies
- Stay informed on reimbursement trends for virtual care and recommend improvement initiatives
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize data to drive strategic development and prioritization
- Ensure compliance with applicable governmental rules and regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Finance, IT, Human Resources, Benefits, or Accounting
- Experience in data/information analysis with strong financial and critical thinking skills
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience with spreadsheets, databases, and report-writing software
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably within an academic medical center or physician practice
- Previous supervisory work experience
- Project management experience
- Experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR), preferably Cerner
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
