What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather Business, Stakeholder, functional, and technical requirements
- Create Business, stakeholder, and solution requirements
- Assist with stakeholder communications and change management
- Develop Epics, features, and user stories in Azure DevOps
- Create and track test cases under the Testing COE guidance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Analysis for Technology initiatives
- Extensive experience in developing business, stakeholder, and detailed requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Any of the following BA certifications: IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), IIBA Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA), IIBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA), IIBA Agile Analysis Certification (AAC), IQBBA Certified Foundation Level Business Analyst (CFLBA), IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE), PMI-Professional in Business Analysis (PBA) Certification
