What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather business, stakeholder, functional, and technical requirements for various projects
- Create business process flow documents, technical requirements documents, and requirements traceability matrices
- Develop test strategies, scenarios, and scripts, and assist with testing efforts
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and assist with change management activities
- Prepare weekly status reports, meeting agendas, materials, and minutes for project meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited school
- 5-10 years of applicable experience in Business Analysis for technology initiatives
- Proficiency in creating business process documents and technical specifications
- Strong skills in data mapping and requirements elicitation
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for developing epics, features, and user stories
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification from IIBA or other recognized Business Analysis organizations
- Experience with developing business cases and project documentation
- Knowledge of Disaster Recovery and Technology Impact assessments
- Ability to lead process transformation initiatives effectively
