      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for technology solutions
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that meet business and regulatory needs
      - Utilize SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data for decision-making support
      - Actively participate in Agile software development processes including sprints and backlog grooming
      - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across various locations and functions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Requirements documentation
      - At least 5 years of experience working with clients or stakeholders to design solutions
      - Strong domain knowledge in Capital Markets, including various financial instruments
      - Proficient in understanding balance sheets and income statements
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification
      - Experience with Python for data analysis or modeling
