What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with client project teams to elicit and define project scope and objectives, documenting requirements
- Develop and refine business requirements to enhance and streamline business processes
- Create and document business use cases, as well as build test scripts when applicable
- Analyze and prioritize requirements based on project objectives, isolating and reporting issues, defects, and fixes
- Support full life-cycle solution testing and adapt to evolving role responsibilities to meet consulting needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Systems, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in requirements documentation, traceability, test scenario documentation, and validation of test results
- Proficiency in business tools such as Jira, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Excel, and project management tools

- Experience in a consulting environment or with client-facing roles
- Familiarity with advanced analytical tools and methodologies
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations
