What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct user, workflow, industry, and product research and analysis
- Write user stories with proper acceptance criteria and communicate effectively with the development team
- Lead ticket review and pointing sessions while assisting with planning and backlog management using Jira
- Develop and execute test plans, ensuring rigorous testing of products
- Monitor daily file imports/exports and address any issues promptly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
- Minimum of 2-4 years' experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst/Engineer testing software
- Minimum of 1 year of healthcare revenue cycle experience
- Experience using Jira to manage work items, backlogs, and sprints
- Strong technical understanding, focusing on SQL (MySQL)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in an Agile SCRUM environment
- Exceptional user story writing skills, including breaking down larger work items into smaller pieces
- Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a bonus, but not required
