What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the delivery of technical solutions for business problems within the Program Office
- Gather requirements and analyze processes by interacting with Subject Matter Experts
- Coordinate meetings and apply project management principles to ensure timely delivery of system solutions
- Provide technical support for existing systems while responding to issues and escalating as necessary
- Write comprehensive test documentation including test cases, scripts, and reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in requirements writing for multiple applications
- Strong understanding of stakeholder needs and linking them to technical requirements
- Excellent customer-facing, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret test results, providing recommendations for improvement

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience with government IT projects
- Familiarity with gap analysis and test plan procedures
- Knowledge and experience in automated test generation
