What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design reports and data structures to meet complex business needs and prepare detailed specifications for report development
- Lead and facilitate Business Intelligence (BI) projects from both business and technical perspectives
- Oversee BI development activities in analytics, report development, and data mining
- Create ad hoc queries using SQL for data requests and auditing needs
- Identify training needs for Cognos users and provide training to end users

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience with Cognos or a similar reporting tool
- Proven experience in developing requirements for analytic reporting solutions
- Strong SQL skills and knowledge of Oracle, including advanced SQL queries
- Experience in building data extraction and transformation mappings with Data Integration/ETL tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Cognos Administration
- Background in Higher Education
