What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop metrics and reports around financial and operational performance of new products and services
- Interpret data to identify trends or root causes and present findings to improve care delivery
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and high standards of data quality
- Provide financial support and tracking, including monthly invoice review
- Collaborate with the broader team on company-wide initiatives and promote the work of the Innovation and Transformation team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business, Health Administration, Public Health, Technology, or Life Sciences
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and/or healthcare-focused programs
- Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and task automation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Ability to maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and ensure high data quality standards

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s or other advanced degree in a relevant discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, planning, and coordinating healthcare-focused programs
- Experience with Tableau and other Business Intelligence (BI) tools
- Knowledge of program development and project management concepts
- Passion for improving healthcare and ability to adapt to changing priorities
