What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Aid in the design, build, and maintenance of scheduling patterns and templates in Epic for clinics and ancillaries
- Collaborate with operations and management to support visit type creation and scheduling components
- Serve as the primary liaison with the Information Services Department for support and maintenance of scheduling policies
- Provide end-user support for all clinics and Community Connects owned and managed by the employer
- Establish and oversee enterprise-wide standards for scheduling guidelines and template optimization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information System Management, Math/Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience working with information systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Experience with Patient Scheduling, Electronic Health Record, and Billing systems is helpful
- Must be available for a full-time work schedule of 40 hours per week

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in information systems with an Associate's degree
- 11+ years of experience in information systems with a High School diploma or GED
- Familiarity with best practices in scheduling and capacity optimization
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clinical operations
