Strong background in financial services particularly within the Wealth, Workplace and Investment Platform space
Experience of working in a matrix structure and working within a multisite team
Hands on Business Architecture experience
Strong background in feasibility / initiation stages of projects
Practical experience of inhouse and external development approaches
Experience in approaches to Target Operating Model design and practical experience of developing and changing operating models would be an advantage
A non-contributory pension between 8%-12%
A discretionary bonus, depending on personal and company performance.
27 days’ annual holiday plus 9 public holidays a year

A competitive salary from £66,400.00 - £99,600.00, depending on the experience you can bring.

This exciting position for a new Business Architect to join Aegon to work as part of the Transformation and Change, Business Architecture team to support the development and implementation of the Aegon Transformation agenda.
As a Business Architect you will be the driving force behind Aegon’s business architecture to ensure our IP and internal knowledge covers the whole enterprise including seeing the big picture, starting with the end in mind and understanding the inter-play between components and how any changes impact different areas of our organisation.
